Liz is a highly experienced recruiter, mom of 5 (yes, really), and new electric car fan. In the whirlwind of recruitment, she's our anchor, offering sage counsel and unwavering logic. Her enduring nationwide client bonds attest to her trustworthiness and knack for connecting the right talent. Off duty, she savours a chardonnay and a stroll on the beach.

Cherie is an exceptional talent in the recruitment industry. A wise and naturally curious personality, she loves to understand business; its people and their stories and is known for her strong enduring relationships. She’s on a mission to leave this world better than when she arrived and is actively enriching her understanding of te reo and te ao Māori along the way.

Our in-house Mum-ager, Sarah looks after finance and admin at Fred. She's the glue that binds our team together, bean counter and payroll guru. Our very own "Boss", Sarah is the definition of calm and cool, she's our go-to problem solver and the (actual) Mum of twin toddler boys. Her day's may be a whirlwind, but Sarah always has a smile on her face while juggling the biggest or smallest tasks of the day.

Stacey is a seasoned recruiter having built an extensive network over the past 6 years, as well as leading a successful recruitment team. Her tenacity commitment and drive is inspiring and you'll never catch her without a beaming smile on her face. Her talents don't stop there, she's an avid fisherwoman, would tell you she can rap like a pro and can recite all the words to any nursery rhyme. When she's not chasing after her lively toddler, you can find Stacey at the beach with her kindle and a cold beer in hand.

Lucy, our globe-trotting dynamo, is as likely to be found planning her next adventure as she is to reminisce about her rural roots on the West Coast farm. When she's not meticulously matching talent to your company's needs or uncovering candidates with untapped potential, you'll catch her unwinding with a glass of wine. With her recruitment journey starting in London, Lucy brings a worldly perspective and a knack for getting to know your business inside and out—making her not just a recruiter, but a strategic partner.

Bec, our perky early bird, is the embodiment of sunshine in the team. You'll catch her strolling down Takapuna beach at sunrise, coffee in hand, energising for another day of conquering recruitment with her trademark speed and dedication. As an Aussie turned Kiwi, she seamlessly blends her down-under charm with a knack for keeping everyone in the loop, ensuring every step of your recruitment journey is as smooth as a morning swim in the ocean.

Emily, our recruitment dynamo, is a force to be reckoned with—blending nearly 3 years of recruitment experience with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, thanks to her background as a registered nurse. When she’s not busy conquering the recruitment world, you’ll catch her out horse riding, channeling her inner equestrian or embracing the strength-building challenge of pole dancing, keeping both her mind and body sharp. With her energy, passion, and a knack for making connections, Emily is the perfect blend of brains and fun—and a true asset to our team!
