It’s very nearly Christmas folks! This will be short and sweet – no one has time to read newsletters in the middle of December!
We have so few days left of the year, and what a year it has been. I don’t think it can come fast enough for most of us, that said, there has been so much to be grateful for too.
It’s a tough year to sum up. There has been so much movement in our business landscape in 2024, with deep changes to previously stable employment structures, across our country. The impact to so many, has taught and humbled us all at Fred.
For those who have been able to work with us, we thank you for your trust to build your teams. We have loved working with you. Your support has given Fred a fantastic start to our first year, and we have valued your partnership immensely. It has enabled us to grow to a thriving team of 10 this year, and we couldn’t have done this without you.
With a few loose ends to tie up, and the smell of pine tree wafting through the house, it’s so very nearly time to down tools, and be with friends and family.
