We’re on the hunt for a competent AP administrator who has also got SAP experience.  

Your tasks will include:   

  • Using SAP to process all invoices ensuring payment is made by the due date
  • Providing analysis on outstanding accounts payable, PO receipts and general ledger accounts
  • Reconciling all payments to ensure the balance sheet is accurate
  • Cashflow and month end reporting, expenses and AP specific admin

We are looking for an immediate start and expect there will be work up for at least 3-4 months, there is a likelihood it could be extended or become permanent.  The hours are full-time, 8.30am - 4pm Mon to Fri (some flexibility with start/finish times).  

  

The ideal person will have good initiative and attention to detail.  Someone who has worked in AP with SAP would be fab, and if you've worked in a manufacturing environment thats an even bigger tick!

  

You’ll be working for an international manufacturer based in Mt Maunganui.  It’s a pretty down to earth environment with good people.  To fit you’ll be easy going with a fun personality.
