Aftersales Administrator

A great 30 hour role for a savvy administrator with a track record of reliable admin support around after sales ideally.  You’ll be a key personality in the aftersales team, supporting the processing of warranty claims, managing customer queries and continuing to support outstanding service to key stakeholders.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Preparing and submitting monthly supplier defect reports
• Maintaining and updating KPI and budget spreadsheets
• Processing warranty service jobs and communicating updates to all stakeholders
• Coordinating parts dispatch to our national service plumber network
• Liaising with plumbing merchants, plumbers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
• Process invoices from service plumbers
• Maintaining and organising and assisting with office stock and supplies
• Providing support with outlet store paperwork as needed
• Taking on other administrative duties as required

The ideal person will have: 

• A strong administrative background with previous experience in admin or sales
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools
• Clear and professional communication, someone who is solutions focused, calm and friendly
• Strong attention to detail, someone who understands priorities
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a “go the extra mile” attitude

This is a great 30 hour working week for someone who has the right background in aftersales or sales administration.
