Asbestos Site Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Class B Asbestos Site Supervisor to join a busy demolition team in the Waikato. If you’ve got a strong background in licensed (Class B) asbestos removal and know how to run a safe, efficient site, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll take full responsibility for managing asbestos removal projects on various commercial sites across Waikato and other areas across the North Island. Supervising operations and managing the team, ensuring works are completed safely and making sure everything meets Health & Safety regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising licensed asbestos removal works for a demolition across commercial sites
• Ensuring strict compliance with all health & safety legislation using Site Docs
• Carrying out site briefings and completing site paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Managing the team and contractors, firm but fair is what we need
• Liaising with clients and third party contractors
• Keeping projects on schedule and up to standard

What We’re Looking For

• Valid asbestos supervisor training 
• Experience running licensed asbestos removal sites
• Strong working knowledge of NZ asbestos regulations
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Full drivers licence
