Servicing an existing portfolio of complex clients around Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning to ensure successful outcomes for clients and all parties.
About The Role
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering expert service and technical guidance across Wills, Estates, and Trusts to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties. Alongside your client responsibilities, you will grow and strengthen your professional network and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and support throughout.
Operating within a close-knit team, you will manage complex client needs, analysing, interpreting, and communicating intricate information to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Reporting to the Branch Manager and backed by the Head Office, you will see your portfolio flourish while advancing both your professional and personal development.
- Manage a complex portfolio of existing clients while identifying new opportunities and building your network and stakeholder relationships
- Deliver advice and services across Wills, Estates, and Trusts tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Work collaboratively within a small team, reporting to the Branch Manager with the support of Head Office
About You
This role calls for someone who excels at relationship-building, client management, and delivering exceptional service. You may come from a legal background or be transitioning from financial services, bringing solid knowledge of trusts and estates that allows you to hit the ground running with a complex client base.
You will be adept at interpreting detailed information, thinking critically, and finding practical solutions that deliver successful outcomes for all involved. A natural eye for detail, a professional manner, and the ability to thrive in a small team environment will set you up for success here.
- Prior experience across Wills, Trusts, and Estates - ideally within the legal or financial services sectors
- Proactive, personable, and professional in your approach
