With a solid pipeline of work already booked months in advance, this company offers stability, growth, and the chance to work with some of the best tools and machines in the industry.

Significant investment in new technology and high-end machinery means their tool shop is fully equipped with everything you need and more to do your best work. Their specialty lies in crafting bespoke, technically complex, and high-quality components for a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, and custom engineering.

About The Role

This is not a role where you'll be stuck on the same machine every day. You'll be hands-on across the entire shop floor, working on a variety of projects that challenge your skills and keep things interesting.

You’ll be producing precision parts using both 3-axis and 5-axis milling, as well as live-tooling turning equipment. The materials are often exotic, the tolerances tight, and the expectations high, but the work environment is calm, collaborative, and quality-focused.
  • Operate across a range of machinery and equipment in a fully custom, high-spec workshop

  • Manufacture bespoke, high-quality components for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and specialised engineering

  • Collaborate with a small, close-knit team of three experienced machinists

  • Maintain precision and attention to detail across technically demanding projects

About You

You’re an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in their craft. You bring deep technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and confidence in interpreting complex engineering drawings. Most importantly, you love what you do and have the steady, problem-solving mindset needed to thrive in a precision workshop.
  • Ideally 10+ years CNC machining experience

  • Skilled in setup, programming, and operation across milling and turning machines

  • Confident working with tight tolerances and exotic materials

  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously

What's In It For You?

  • Flexible start and finish times – 40-hour work week on your schedule

  • Access to cutting-edge machinery and tools in a modern workshop

  • Consistent workload and job security

  • Competitive hourly rate + time-and-a-half overtime

  • A relaxed, supportive work environment focused on quality over quantity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about CNC machining and wants to be part of a team that values both craftsmanship and culture. If this sounds like your kind of role, hit the apply button or contact Stacey for more information.
