About the Role

Do you love providing great customer service? We are looking for a fun, bubbly, and confident individual to join the sales support team in a well-known tech company. Your responsibilities include:

• Set up customer contracts and make sure equipment is delivered and installed correctly.
• Process customer orders and returns accurately so items are sent or collected on time.
• Help customers quickly by answering questions and solving problems.
• Work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to keep communication clear and smooth.
• Handle issues or delays by investigating and escalating when needed.
• Keep track of deliveries, pickups, and other daily tasks to ensure everything runs on schedule.
