This organisation provides tech hardware to business customers; you’ll coordinate project roll outs, technology installs and provide quality customer support.  

About the Role

As part of the business support team your main priority is to look after customers who have new technology project roll outs.  You’ll also be responsible for day to day business support and customer service too.  You’re tasks will include:

  • Liaising with clients to schedule their jobs, coordinate delivery of products, book the install team, follow up on service and delivery and generally ensure customers are happy.
  • Handle customer orders, process back orders and manage daily delivery reports.
  • Process incoming cashback claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • General customer service and support to all business customers, predominately phone and email based.
  • Collaborate with the team and provide a professional, customer-first approach. 

 

This is a temporary position, hours Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm.  We expect the role will be at least 6 months, possibly longer, with an immediate start (within 2 weeks).
