This is a highly ambitious, rapidly growing leader in the logistics and supply chain space who are driven by operational excellence and building exceptional customer experiences. As the Customer Operations Coordinator, you are the lynchpin between customers and the operational teams, ensuring every order runs smoothly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, returns, and shipping documentation accurately using WMS and related systems
- Proactively monitor and manage order queues against demanding SLAs, providing timely customer updates
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with warehouse and transport teams for efficient load planning and on-time delivery
- Act as primary contact for operational queries, delivering professional and solution-focused responses
- Prepare and validate operational data, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing reconciliation
- Support Customer Success Specialists with performance reporting and service insights
- Manage procurement of essential supplies and oversee crucial pallet accounts

- Proven operational understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
- Experience working in a logistics environment essential
- Tech-savvy with confidence in using WMS, TMS, and reporting tools
- Exceptional organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A clear, proactive, and solutions-focused communicator, comfortable liaising with all levels
- A true collaborator who partners effectively across internal teams and with external clients
