Customer Service Representative

My client is a well established nationwide family owned and operated business that offers a long term stable role in their East Tamaki based Customer Service team.  You'll work closely within this team, however you're surrounded by a wider business group of people who are all friendly professionals.  You'll enjoy a thriving work space, banter and some laughs, and very down to earth management. 

This branch liaises with 3 other branches across NZ, and this customer service role works primarily within the Auckland region providing sound sales support to both sales representatives, customers directly, and internal teams.  The role is phone and email based support, using internal sales data and inventory systems.  

The right person for this role will have long term intentions and will add their own personal value to the wider team as a friendly and consistently reliable member of the team, who works well with everyone and enjoys working with data, systems and good people. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Be mature and highly reliable
• Have excellent communication skills, excellent written and spoken English
• Be well presented and friendly
• Have a sound ability to pick up new systems and processes
• Live within a reasonable location to East Tamaki for long term stability
• Enjoy a bit of banter, but ultimately be someone who looks for work and is proactive and efficient on quieter days
