The Opportunity:

Drive recruitment of potential research volunteers to meet or exceed targets for every trial. Specifically, speak to leads on the phone to determine eligibility for specific research trials and book eligible potential participants into clinic screening visits.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct phone screenings with potential research volunteers.

• Assess eligibility using pre-written scripts and study criteria

• Booking clinic screening appointments for qualified participants

• Meet and exceed targets and timelines.

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes.

• Ensure every potential participant has an exceptional experience.

 About You:

• Proven sales or call center experience working to targets and deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and care.

• Passion for healthcare, research, and improving lives.

• Friendly, confident, and people-focused

• A proactive communicator who tailors your message to your audience.

• Motivated by hitting (and beating!) sales targets and deadlines.

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail

• A positive, high-performing team player with a can-do attitude.
