The Role
Based in a well equipped workshop, you'll work on a wide variety of agricultural machinery and components, carrying out fabrication, machining, repairs, maintenance, and custom engineering solutions. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship, and thrives in a practical environment. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday.

What we're looking for:
We're open to both junior and experienced candidates. Whether you're a recently qualified tradesperson looking to develop your skills or an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Fitter & Turner seeking a long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally, you'll have:
- A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering and/or Fitting & Turning
- Experience with welding, fabrication and general engineering
- Agricultural machinery experience (highly regarded)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Fabricating, machining, assembling and repairing agricultural machinery and components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Welding, fitting and general engineering work
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Testing completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a safe and organised workshop
- Working collaboratively with the wider service team to deliver exceptional outcomes
