Frontline Manager

You will be the senior on-site for either afternoon and/or nightshift, managing operations and production and leading a team of 15 to ensure targets and KPI’s are achieved!

About the Role

As the senior leader on site, you’ll take ownership of daily production operations, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role focused on teamwork, performance, and process improvement.

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 15 production staff.

• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.

• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessary.

• Drive engagement, accountability, and skill development within your team.

• Coordinate shift handovers and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.

About You

You’re a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment. Known for clear communication and a hands-on approach, you lead by example and bring a strong commitment to both people and performance.

• Proven experience in a team leader, supervisor, or shift management role.

• Background in manufacturing or FMCG production.

• Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Proactive, practical mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts when required.
