About the role:
As the General Franchise Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the franchise network. With the business continuing to grow and expanding further into the international market, this role presents a rare opportunity. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support franchisees, ensure brand consistency, and implement strategic growth plans. Come into the fold of a dynamic and thriving team, working closely with the director to ensure a smooth and seamless handover. You will play a pivotal part in scaling the business while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Franchisee onboarding, support, and mentoring
- Business retention and performance management
- Provide strategic business guidance
- Sales support with both internal and external teams
- Work closely with the business CFO on financial and operational oversight
- Occasional travel required around NZ to provide face-to-face support to franchisees
- Strategic growth & expansion – continuously seeking new opportunities to further grow the business

About you:
This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills, while also having a down-to-earth personality. You will be commercially minded, dynamic, and possess strong business acumen. To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience as a GM or Manager within a franchise or multisite business. You will also ideally come from the construction industry.
