Are you a compassionate, experienced General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner ready to take a leading role in delivering holistic, patient-centred care?

We are seeking a dedicated GP or NP to join this supportive, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals, families, and whānau. You’ll be a trusted clinical resource, working closely with nurses, and administration teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and an outstanding practice experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide culturally responsive clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment planning, and patient education
• Promote preventative health through screening, early detection, immunisation, and public health collaboration
• Coordinate care and develop pathways with community, DHB, and secondary providers
• Deliver chronic and complex condition management, end-of-life care, and lifestyle interventions
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in MedTech
• Support practice operations including compliance, reporting, invoicing, and PHO enrolments
• Participate in CME, audits, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• A registered and authorised General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a primary care setting
• Strong clinical judgement, documentation, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to equity, culturally safe practice, and holistic models of care
• Skilled communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Confident using clinical software (MedTech experience desirable)
