About the role:

Generalist Marketing position, working as the sole marketer for an exciting and growing business. This is a full spectrum making position where you will be working across all areas, from digital/social media and content creation to analytics, reporting, and leading exciting new campaigns. 

In this sole-charge role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You’ll play a key role in content creation, SEO/SEM, and managing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency. You will be managing the relationship between the business 

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, track performance, and make data-driven decisionsContent Creation: Develop engaging content for digital and print
• Social Media: Manage and schedule social media content
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing  content 
• Reporting: Provide insights and reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. Assist in preparing monthly reports for the leadership team.
• Coordinating and running small scale events

• Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems, SEO, and marketing automation platforms.
• A creative mindset with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
