About The Role
This newly created leadership role is critical to the business’s continued success. You'll oversee all high-value construction projects, managing them end to end from tender and pricing through to freight coordination and final delivery. You’ll also lead a team of three (internal sales and BDMs) while serving as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll be taking over essential functions from the Managing Director, allowing them to focus on strategic growth while you keep the engine running smoothly.
- Full ownership of project coordination from planning through to delivery
- Oversee large-scale construction projects within the wholesale electrical space
- Lead, manage, and support a team of three (internal sales and BDMs)
- Ensure effective, timely communication across stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of service delivery and process efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the MD to support business operations and growth
About You
We’re looking for someone experienced in full end-to-end project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be detail-oriented, organised, and process-driven, with the leadership skills to guide your team and the confidence to maintain strong communication with suppliers, clients, and colleagues. If you enjoy following projects through to completion and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes, you’ll excel in this role.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from end to end
