Inwards Goods Assistant

This is an Inwards Goods Assistant temp role that may go permanent + requires experience & reliability + ASAP start 

About the Role

My thriving and very busy warehouse client is looking for a reliable and hardworking temp to join our inwards goods team. This is a hands-on, physical role in a busy trade environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, picks things up quickly, and has a good understanding of how a busy warehouse operates. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries
• Checking goods against purchase orders and flagging discrepancies
• Organising and storing products in the correct locations
• Keeping the inwards goods area tidy and safe
• Supporting the wider yard and warehouse team as needed

What We're Looking For

• Someone reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment
• Attention to detail when processing deliveries
• A forklift licence is a bonus but not required — we're happy to consider candidates without one

The Details

• Temporary position based in Rosedale, Auckland
• Monday to Friday
• Immediate start
