About the Role
Do you love providing great customer service? We are looking for a fun, bubbly, and confident individual to join the IT tech support team. We need someone who can step in and take over, providing exceptional support to customers across New Zealand.
This is a full-time role, the hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, you may at times be required to cover the late shift 9:30am to 6:00pm.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound emails, calls, and chats from customers and service providers, troubleshooting a variety of technical issues.
