We’re looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Store person to join a friendly, down-to-earth crew based in Avondale. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 6 weeks, with strong potential to move into something permanent for the right person.

You’ll be stepping into a modern, purpose-built manufacturing environment where everything is made on site. The logistics team sits right at the heart of the operation, keeping production moving and ensuring everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

What your day could look like 

This is a hands on, varied role where no two days feel the same. You’ll be part of a busy operation where things move quickly  and the team relies on each other to keep everything on track.

Your day will shift between operating the forklift, picking and packing orders, supporting production with stock and materials and helping ensure finished goods are ready for dispatch. You will get involved in stock takes and general warehouse movement, so there’s always something different happening.

This role will suit someone who enjoys staying active, thinking on their feet and being part of a team that works together rather than alongside each other.

• Operating the forklift, with counterbalance, stock picker and reach
• Supporting production operations with providing stock and materials to the team
• Packing products and getting them prepared for dispatch

What you will bring

You’ve worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment before, so you understand how important pace, accuracy and reliability are in keeping things running smoothly. You take pride in showing up, getting stuck in and doing things properly the first time.

You’re confident operating forklifts and already hold valid licences for counterbalance, reach and stock picker. You’re physically fit, comfortable doing the heavy lifting and happy to move between tasks.

Most importantly, you’re someone who slots into a team naturally, you're steady, dependable and easy to work with.

• Previous experience in a warehouse and or manufacturing environment 
• Physically fit, able to be on your feet all day and able to do the heavy lifting up to 25kgs
• Valid Forklift license with Reach, Counter Balance and Stock Picker
• Reliable, team player - no job is too big or too small!

Currently, this role is a 6 week assignment, but there is genuine potential to become permanent, with a track record of good people staying on long term. You will be working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm with no weekends or late nights. 

• Temporary assignment for 6 weeks, working 7:30am–4:00pm with no late nights or weekends.
• Weekly pay on a Wednesday, between $26.50 - $28.50 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
