Maintaining and caring for gardens across Auckland, including tasks like mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning plants, weeding, fertilising, and operating a range of gardening equipment.

About The Role

As a Maintenance Gardener, you’ll team up with a hands-on Team Leader every morning. Together, you’ll cruise Auckland in the company vehicle, tending to beautiful gardens, then wrap up back at the depot each day. You’ll engage with the wider crew and chat with clients to make sure every site shines. Expect physical, outdoor work and a healthy mix of teamwork and independent tasks. A full, clean driver’s license is essential – you’ll be driving to different locations daily.

  • Using a range of power tools: hedge trimmers, weed eaters, blowers, and mowers
  • Pruning and grooming trees, shrubs, and other greenery
  • Keeping gardens tidy and soil healthy
  • Applying fertilisers and pest control (organic and commercial)
  • Delivering top-quality workmanship and service

About You

  • Solid plant knowledge and experience in garden maintenance

  • Able to drive a manual (full license required)
