About the Role

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of a brand that has been making real waves in the FMCG industry. As the sole marketing executive on the ground, you'll have genuine autonomy, accountability, and direct impact on where this brand goes. Working alongside strong internal teams, the brand has been set up with solid foundations, and with one adventure leading the previous person overseas, it's now time for someone new to carry the momentum forward.

You'll work with outstanding partners and clients across a varied mix, from grocery and category managers to videographers and graphic designers, while owning social media across digital and TikTok. This role isn't purely about experience, it's about ambition, hunger for growth, and a readiness to step up.

Whether you're planning digital content or activating the brand at a CBD café, you'll be the driving force behind brand awareness and traction. You'll lead marketing execution across both consumer and trade channels, with a focus on building brand awareness, deepening consumer loyalty, growing market share, and strengthening the brand's presence in the community.

Day-to-day you'll be developing and executing consumer campaigns, managing organic and paid social, content, and email marketing, overseeing trade marketing and in-store activations, managing external agencies and retailer relationships, and tracking performance data to generate actionable insights, all while contributing to the brand's sustainability direction.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with two to three years of FMCG experience who's ready to own a brand end-to-end, shape its direction, and see ideas through to execution. We're after someone driven, self-motivated, and confident in their own judgment. You'll be equally at home in the digital world, finding and engaging audiences across mobile platforms, as you are building genuine in-person relationships and supporting trade customers in-store.

Working closely with the General Manager and external partners, you'll drive the full marketing mix: from high-level strategy through to daily execution. This is a role for someone who thrives working with responsibility and autonomy while working across internal and external teams.

  • 2–3+ years of marketing experience within FMCG or food & beverage
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement; experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar platforms) is advantageous
  • Proven ability in campaign execution, content creation, and trade marketing
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Ambition, a growth mindset, and a desire to truly own a brand
  • A natural comfort with AI tools.
