What you'll be Doing

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face patients see when they walk through the door. You’ll handle appointment bookings, patient check-ins, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. The team values warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people feel at ease during their visit.

About You

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role (Medtech or similar system experience preferred).

• Strong communication and organisation skills.

• A calm, caring, and professional approach.

• Reliability and flexibility. Someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.
