The role

This is a client-facing advisory role where you'll guide customers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Rather than spending your days prospecting, you'll be provided with a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships, providing tailored lending solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Whether you're looking for the security of permanent employment or the flexibility of an independent contractor arrangement, this opportunity can be tailored to suit you. The remuneration package will be discussed based on your experience and preferred working arrangement. This is a full-time opportunity based in Auckland CBD.

Your Experience

We're looking for an experienced adviser who brings:

• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Residential Property Lending.
• NZ experience as a Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Broker, or Home Lending Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending products, lender policies, and the New Zealand lending market.
• A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• A motivated, self-driven approach with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. 

What you’ll be doing

• Meet with clients to understand their financial position and lending goals.
• Assess financial information and develop tailored mortgage and lending solutions.
• Structure home loans across a range of lending scenarios
• Prepare and manage loan applications, supporting documentation, and lender submissions through to settlement.
• Ensure all advice, documentation, and client interactions meet regulatory, compliance, and company standards.
