About the Business 

Adare Financial is a new mortgage brokerage based in central Auckland, supporting first-home buyers and property investors with residential lending. As an early hire, you’ll have genuine influence over how the business grows, operates, and succeeds, while benefiting from an existing client pipeline from day one. 

You’ll be working directly with the founder, whose background sets this opportunity apart. Before building a successful property business, they spent years in corporate project management, developing strong expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivering outcomes. That structured, process-driven mindset has been applied to property, creating a business that consistently generates qualified clients and repeat opportunities.

About the role 

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will manage the lending process from pre-approval through to settlement, provide tailored mortgage advice to home buyers and investors, build strong relationships with clients and lenders, and play a key role in growing the business from the ground up.

What we’re looking for 

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – v2 or v3.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser / Lending Specialist.

• Already be operating under the Kiwi Advisor Network with existing bank accreditations in place is highly desireable but not essential.

• Strong knowledge of bank policies and lending criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a start-up environment.
• NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
