About The Role
This is a dynamic and hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the administration team, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve systems and processes for long-term business success.
In the initial phase, your focus will be on learning the business – its people, processes, systems, and clients. From there, you’ll bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, culture, and sustainability.
Working closely with two department heads and reporting directly to the General Manager and Managing Director, you will be the go-to person for staff and leadership alike, supporting across HR, finance, compliance, and business performance.
- Oversee and optimise daily operational activities, systems, and workflows
- Lead the administration team and work collaboratively with department heads
- Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, reporting, and quality control
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for development and improvement
- Oversee internal resources, including HR, onboarding, training, compliance, and more
- Champion a strong workplace culture and support the team with clarity, communication, and leadership
