This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and optimise operational performance while driving growth in a state-of-the-art environment.

About the role
In this high-impact position, you will oversee a broad range of non-clinical functions, including medical centre operations, support services, contract management, and reception. You’ll work closely with clinical leaders, external partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational success.

With the completion of a brand-new extension, featuring modern wards and enhanced patient facilities, this is an exciting time to join. You’ll play a key part in embedding operational systems that support their expanded capacity and new service offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

  • Develop and implement strategic service initiatives aligned to organisational goals.

  • Oversee contract management, including public and private sector partnerships.

  • Drive financial performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the team.

What you’ll need to succeed

You’ll bring a blend of commercial savvy, people leadership, strong stakeholder engagement skills and proven success in managing complex operations within the healthcare sector.
