The Role

This position is a full time position with the flexibility to be Part time for the right candidate.

As an Oral Health Therapist, you’ll provide preventive and restorative dental care within your scope of practice. Key responsibilities include:

Scale and polish, periodontal maintenance, and oral health assessments
Oral health education and preventive advice
Restorative treatment where applicable
Dental care for adolescents and children, including exams and preventive treatments
Taking and interpreting radiographs
Applying fissure sealants and fluoride treatments
Providing teeth whitening treatments (training available)
Assisting in developing personalised oral health plans
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Working closely with dentists and the wider clinical team
Ensuring adherence to infection control and clinical standards

Who We’re Looking For

Recognised qualification in Oral Health Therapy with current NZ Dental Council registration
Oral Health Therapists, experienced or new grads
Team players who are proactive, reliable, and patient-focused
Clear communicators with a commitment to high standards of care
