About the role 

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing expertise and guidance on all things related to parts. This client specialises in various heavy vehicles up to Class 5, so being proactive, knowledgeable, and an effective problem solver is essential. You’ll communicate both over the phone and in person, ensuring that the right parts are delivered quickly and efficiently.

You will utilise IT software to monitor stock levels, keep inventory up to date, and maintain accurate records, all while prioritising delivery and deadlines. In addition to your core responsibilities, collaborating with sales and pricing teams and offering expert advice will make you a highly valued member of the team.

  • Be a key point of contact for clients and internal staff members for all things parts - ensuring stock, delivery, and inventory is up to date and accurate 
  • A key source of advice for all parts related queries 
  • Support sales, finance, pricing for all things related to parts
