About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will take responsibility for the professional, operational, and financial performance of the pharmacy while maintaining high clinical standards and exceptional patient care. Dispensing approximately 300–400 scripts per day, this pharmacy enjoys strong patient flow, consistent foot traffic, and close collaboration with GPs and healthcare professionals. You’ll be supported by one other Pharmacist and two experienced Technicians, working together in a busy but well-organised dispensary.

You will:

• Oversee daily dispensary operations.

• Lead and mentor your team.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.

• Build strong relationships with the adjacent medical centre.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and healthcare advice.

About You

• NZ-registered Pharmacist with current APC.
