Not your average demolition crew, it's the team that makes way for what’s next! Based in the mighty Waikato, this company takes pride in knocking things down the right way - safely, on time and to budget. The Project Manager I'm looking for is someone who can juggle planning, people and paperwork while keeping the site humming. Making sure every project runs smoothly from the pre-construction briefing to the last truckload of rubble.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running demolition projects from start to finish - planning, scheduling, coordinating and keeping your crew in line
  • Working closely with clients, contractors and your crew to make sure the job’s done right
  • Managing budgets and costs like a pro - you’ll keep projects profitable
  • Keeping safety front and centre (no cowboy stuff here) OH&S is at the forefront of every job
  • Ensuring every job is environmental and regulatory compliant.
  • Spending time both in the office and out on-site - because this job definitely isn’t one for sitting still. Your knowledge and skill-base means you have the know-how for all documentation required from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–7 years of project management experience in demolition, construction or heavy civil work
  • Knowledge of demolition equipment, safety and environmental standards
  • A knack for leadership - you can get the best out of your team while staying calm under pressure
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus points if you’ve got a degree in construction or engineering, or an OSHA qualification tucked under your belt

What’s in it for you:

  • A down-to-earth crew that works hard and has a laugh doing it
  • Plenty of variety - no two jobs are ever the same
  • The chance to make a real impact (literally)
  • Competitive pay, plus car and opportunities to grow with us
  • Work in Waikato and around the upper North Island

If you know how to manage moving parts (and know your way around a demo-site map), we’d love to hear from you. Apply and let’s chat about how you can help shape the future — one demolition at a time.
