About the Role
 
This part-time position offers the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment, where you can develop your clinical skills in rehabilitation. As a Psychologist, you will provide thorough assessments and evidence-based recommendations to help clients recover and thrive. You will also have the potential to transition into a full-time permanent role as your career progresses.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments and providing clinical reasoning-backed recommendations. You will also prepare detailed written and verbal summaries of your assessments to inform client care. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training and resources to enhance the services provided. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to foster learning and growth while supporting each other to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate
 
We’re looking for a Psychologist with an MA, PG Dip, DClin, or similar qualification. You must be currently registered with the New Zealand Psychologists’ Board and hold an active APC. Membership of a professional body such as the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists or the New Zealand Psychological Society is also desirable. Above all, we’re looking for someone who has an approachable, people-centered disposition and a strong commitment to supporting clients on their rehabilitation journey.
