Are you an experienced Theatre Registered Nurse with cardiac experience looking to join a modern private surgical hospital where clinical excellence and teamwork come first?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading private healthcare provider for experienced Registered Nurses – Theatre (Cardiac) to join their high-performing perioperative team.
Full-time and part-time permanent opportunities are available.
About the Role
Working within a busy theatre environment, you will be responsible for:
- Scrubbing and circulating for cardiothoracic and vascular procedures.
- Delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining exceptional clinical standards in a fast-paced surgical setting.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Previous experience as a Theatre Registered Nurse ideally in a New Zealand hospital.
- Cardiac, cardiothoracic or vascular theatre experience.
- Strong scrubbing and circulating skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and adaptable in a busy theatre environment.
