As our Reporting and Insights Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality BI solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights. This role bridges technical expertise with business understanding, supporting the businesses shift from traditional reporting to advanced BI platforms like Power BI.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and manage interactive BI dashboards that deliver practical business insights.
• Optimise reporting processes for clarity and efficiency.
• Examine business data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Present complex data in a clear, digestible way for non-technical audiences
• Enable better decision-making by surfacing risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Partner with business teams to capture reporting needs and turn them into technical solutions.
• Verify and audit data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting outputs.
• Spot opportunities to enhance source data quality and automate manual tasks.
• Investigate new tools and approaches to make reporting more effective, insightful, and scalable.
