Retail & Product Coordinator

This is a hands-on contract role within a rapid growth 3PL business where you’ll sit at the centre of how products go from concept to shelf making sure they’re in the right place, presented the right way, and set up to sell. You’ll work closely with internal teams and major retail customers to bring product launches to life and optimise in-store performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up and maintain planograms (how products are displayed in-store) using Optimum Retailing software

• Optimise retail layouts to improve visibility and drive sales

• Support product launches ensuring everything is ready to hit shelves on time

• Work closely with sales, product and customer teams to execute launch plans

• Build strong relationships with retail partners

• Deliver reporting and insights on performance and opportunities

• Edit and prepare product imagery for internal and customer platforms

• Provide coordination and admin support across product launches and retail activity

• Identify ways to improve processes and reduce manual work

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in GTM / product launches/retail execution

• Strong planogramming experience (Optimum Retailing highly regarded)

• Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience

• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to improve performance

• Strong Excel and reporting capability

• Experience with basic image editing tools

• Highly organised with strong time management skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a growth mindset
