- 20-25 hours a week + Potential for hours to be increased to full time

About the role: This is a unique opportunity to come into the fold of a thriving NZ owned business. You will be working closely with the Founder of the company to provide logistics and sales support. You will play a pivotal part in being the central point of contact between the freight partners (domestic and international), farmers, contractors and assembly teams. Having a high level of communication is key to ensure the process runs smoothly.

To be successful: This position is fully remote, we are looking for someone who is self motivated, very organised and a fantastic problem solver. You will have:
- Previous domestic and international logistic experience is essential
- Be confident working with Cin7 and Excel (or similar systems)
- An agriculture background - be able to talk the talk when it comes to speaking with farmers
- 5+ years experience in an administrative, logistics, customer service, or operations support role
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
- Flexible hours - although this is a part time role, you will be required to work 20-25 hours over 5 days a week
Day to day duties:
- Liaise with domestic and international freight providers to coordinate container movements and manage stock levels
- Provide customers with relevant assembly plans, instructional videos, and pre-delivery information
- Providing clear communication with customers post sale to ensure a smooth delivery and installation experience
- Manage all customer enquires through phone and email
- Build trusted relationships with the rural customer base. Understanding the language of the land is key!
- Oversee and track inventory to ensure stock is always available, either on hand or in transit
