This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on support role within a rapidly growing logistics and distribution organisation that values momentum, improvement and a customer centric mindset.

Working as part of the Sales & Operations function, you’ll support the smooth processing of orders, rebates and outbound deliveries while collaborating closely with Sales, Warehouse, Product and Finance teams. If you enjoy pace, variety and being part of an ambitious business on an upward trajectory, this role will keep you engaged and growing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Commercial & Rebate Support

  • Manage rebate queries and supporting documentation via a shared inbox

  • Assist with rebate calculations, validation and system processing

  • Maintain accurate pricing and rebate data within the ERP system

  • Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure commercial commitments are met

  • Keep process documentation and SOPs up to date

E-commerce & Customer Coordination

  • Respond to e-commerce enquiries and ensure timely resolution

  • Maintain data accuracy across online portals and internal systems

  • Liaise with warehouse and customer-facing teams to resolve order or delivery issues

  • Support reporting and workflow improvements within the e-commerce channel

Order Management & Distribution

  • Process customer quotes, credits and purchase orders

  • Assist with order entry and general sales administration

  • Coordinate freight bookings and provide shipment tracking updates, including Pacific deliveries

  • Provide regular updates on outstanding or pending freight

  • Attend workflow meetings and escalate issues where required

  • Work closely with warehouse and freight providers to ensure smooth outbound fulfilment

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the rollout of new systems, tools and process enhancements

  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and reduce manual handling

  • Assist in maintaining clear, accurate operational documentation

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain or a high-volume sales support environment

  • ERP system experience (Pronto or similar preferred)

  • Solid Excel skills with the ability to reconcile and interpret data

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational capability

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
