As part of the client accounting team, you'll play a key role in delivering accounting and taxation support for clients across the country, while also reviewing the work of team members to ensure quality and consistency.

Think of it as overseeing a portfolio of portfolios, you'll partner closely with Branch Managers and Client Managers nationwide, as well as guide junior team members, to deliver financial statements and taxation returns that make a real difference.

While you won't be client-facing, you'll be a key point of contact for a nationwide network of Client Managers and Branch Managers, who'll lean on your advice and guidance to deliver great outcomes for their clients. It's a role where your expertise genuinely shapes outcomes across the business.

This is a team that spans the country, working out of branches nationwide in a flat, collaborative structure, meaning you'll work closely with senior leaders and management, while also playing a hands-on role in developing less experienced team members.

• Supporting nationwide clients and portfolios for all accounting and taxation requirements across wills, trusts and estate planning
• Reviewing the work of team members to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency across client portfolios
• Providing the nationwide network with advice relating to clients' portfolios and structure for accounting and tax purposes
• Working in a nationwide team within a flat management structure, supported by and collaborating alongside seniors and leadership

About You

We're after someone with a strong foundation from a chartered accounting business advisory environment, who's confident in managing a diverse portfolio and ready to take on the added responsibility of reviewing others' work. You'll be backed by experienced leaders who are genuinely invested in your growth, giving you the platform to step up, mentor others, and continue building your career.

• 4 - 5 years' work experience in a chartered accounting business advisory environment
• Be able to work across multiple different accounts and portfolios
• Be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team and nationwide network environment
• Be professional, approachable, and adaptable
