Team support will be around you on a daily basis however this role would see you starting on a cold desk working both temporary and permanent roles, so an ability to establish and generate business from scratch will be absolutely pivotal in your success. • Highly experienced within agency recruitment (3 + years)
• Solid track record of consistently achieving monthly billing
• Strong ability to BD and turn a cold desk into a piping hot one!
• Strong experience working across various role types and industries
• Able to thrive in an autonomous, flexible in-office or WFH environment and run your days effectively
• Exceptional client and relationship management abilities
• Highly regarded in the recruitment industry, with solid live networks
• Authentic, transparent recruitment style; we like to keep things real
