About the role:
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role, working closely with all levels within the business. You will be part of a very talented HR team, reporting directly to the Head of People. You will have plenty of opportunity to lead exciting HR projects and have influence to implement these to senior stakeholders and management in the business.
You’ll be the go-to person for providing expert HR advice and support to senior leaders and employees. Your role will be varied and include providing expert guidance in employee relations, performance management, working with unions, organisational development and remuneration reviews. This is a key role in driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working within a high pressure environment. An opportunity to enhance your HR experience within the logistics sector.

You will have experience within a large organisation, ideally from the manufacturing and logistics industry and thrive within a forever changing environment. You will have a down to earth personality, enjoy building strong relationships with employees at all levels and offer trusted sound advice.
Please note this is an office based role with flexi start and finish times.
