HVAC Installation Engineer – Tauranga

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Engineer to join a well-established commercial and mechanical services company based in Tauranga. With offices across New Zealand, this team has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC solutions on a wide range of projects—including large-scale developments like Papamoa Plaza. They work with trusted brands such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and Daikin.

This full-time role offers up to $48/hour for someone with solid experience in HVAC installation and a practical, can-do attitude.

What we're after: You’ll have at least 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC or similar mechanical services. You’ll be confident working independently on-site, comfortable liaising with clients, and diligent about Health & Safety. Strong digital literacy and attention to detail when completing job reports are essential.
