About the role
An exciting opportunity to step up and take the lead on KiwiSaver and Insurance products, driving initiatives that shape the future of these offerings. The role is designed to grow with you, giving you the chance to build a team around you and support their development as the business expands. This is a Monday to Friday role 8:30AM - 5PM.

To be successful in this role
We’re looking for someone with strong product management experience who takes initiative and drives projects forward. A natural relationship builder, you’ll deliver excellent customer service and have the ability to step confidently into leadership as the team grows. You will ideally have: 

• Solid product management experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of KiwiSaver and/or Insurance products
• Customer focused mindset
• A team player who builds strong relationships 
• Comfortable balancing priorities in a busy, evolving environment

Day to day responsibilities

• Taking ownership of KiwiSaver and Insurance products from strategy through to delivery
• Working closely with teams across the business to make sure products are compliant, and fit for purpose
• Keeping on top of industry changes to ensure products stay competitive and relevant
• Looking for ways to improve what’s already in place, while spotting opportunities for growth
• Guiding and supporting other product team members along the way
