Team support will be around you on a daily basis however this role would see you starting on a cold desk working both temporary and permanent roles, so an ability to establish and generate business from scratch will be absolutely pivotal in your success. If you’ve been in the game long enough, you’ll probably have networks to leverage off, in order to see you hit the ground running. This is the first role in Christchurch for Fred - so will suit someone quality, who has the potential to build a team around them.

We’d love to chat if the below sounds like you:

• Highly experienced within agency recruitment (3 + years) or deep local networks in a sales or business management capacity
• Solid track record of consistently achieving monthly sales budgets
• Strong ability to BD and turn a cold desk into a piping hot one!
• Strong experience working across various role types and industries
• Able to thrive in an autonomous, flexible environment and run your days effectively
• Exceptional client and relationship management abilities
• Highly regarded within your networks
• Authentic, transparent recruitment style; we like to keep things real
