Service Lead – Community Mental Health

We’re partnering with a well-established health provider to recruit an experienced Local Service Lead to lead a community mental health team in central Wellington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a values-driven leader who enjoys supporting multidisciplinary teams and delivering person-directed, recovery-focused care within the community.

About the Role

You’ll provide operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community mental health and addiction services. You’ll support team performance, strengthen service delivery, and build strong relationships across the wider health and community sector.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in health or social services
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to person-directed, recovery-focused care
• Understanding of culturally responsive and equitable service delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively across services and providers
• Relevant tertiary qualification (health, management, or clinical discipline desirable)
• Full, clean driver’s licence
• Ability to complete NZ Police vetting
