About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to serve as a key point of contact at a dynamic and growing dealership in the commercial sector. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support to the internal team to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction. Working closely with teams such as the workshop, parts, and warranties departments, you will coordinate efforts and collaborate to ensure smooth operations, while also addressing challenges to optimise day to day performance.

  • A primary point of contact for customers and clients regarding all service-related matters.
  • Providing end-to-end support for clients to ensure successful outcomes, timely deliveries, and high-quality service.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal team members from warranties, parts, and workshop.
