You’ll be joining an entrepreneurial and intelligent supply chain powerhouse experiencing massive market share growth. 

We need a Supply Chain Process Specialist who thrives on complexity, loves turning data into dollars, and can lead high value, cross-border projects. This role is the engine room for operational excellence, driving both new solution design and continuous improvement across the multi-site network and 4PL partnerships. You’ll be a pro when it comes to: 

  • Design & Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new logistics solutions, systems, tools, and processes for customer opportunities and internal optimisation (warehousing, transport, custom services).
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operations optimisation using proven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to achieve measurable results in cost reduction, revenue assurance, and service level enhancement.
  • 4PL Partner Mastery: Support and collaborate with 4PL partners, leading solution design, process optimisation, and application integration to reduce cost and enhance network service delivery.
  • System Super User: Act as the internal champion for WMS, TMS, and related supply chain applications, liaising with IT to enhance functionality and ensure peak system utilisation.
  • Problem Solving & Innovating: Use structured RCA and problem-solving to tackle operational bottlenecks, drive corrective actions, and continuously improve warehouse capacity utilisation.

About you: 

  • Proven experience in solution design, operational excellence, or process improvement within a fast-paced and complex supply chain environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept through to successful implementation and change management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Expertise or super-user capability with WMS/TMS platforms
  • A 'hands-on' approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building collaborative teams with customers and partners
