The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal, highly strategic role where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of their growing workforce. Reporting directly to senior leadership (CPO) you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our aggressive growth plans, including M&A integration
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team of 3
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Driving best practices in recruitment, including candidate experience, employer branding, and effective use of technology.
  • Navigating complex recruitment landscapes, particularly those involving overseas candidates and immigration processes, essential for our healthcare sector.
  • Identifying and attracting top-tier talent across a diverse range of healthcare and medical specialities.
  • Contributing to the overall organizational strategy by providing insights into talent markets and workforce planning.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within a recruitment agency setting (Medical experience highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a talent acquisition team.
  • Significant experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or a related industry that necessitates involvement with overseas candidate sourcing and immigration processes.
  • A highly strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how to build and scale teams effectively, especially within a business undergoing significant M&A activity.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link talent acquisition to business outcomes.
