Seeking a friendly customer service person for trade sales in this well-known household tradie supplier; great team, growth for right person
- Experience in retail required + ideally building supplier experience
- Growth & longevity for the right person + Mon-Fri 7-5pm + rostered Saturday 8-1pm
- Albany location + permanent role + asap start
This is a great spot for a reliable and dedicated customer service/building trade sales personality, who enjoys a tradie environment. The right person will have good building/timber related experience and have a reliable and friendly customer focused personality. It goes without saying that you'll have experience in a retail environment.
You will be joining an experienced and established team, and have plenty of support while learning the ropes. The key to your success in this role is your ability to connect with customers and go the extra mile.
What you will be doing:
Someone who is presentable and friendly, while maintaining professionalism
A good phone manner, well spoken, and capable on a computer with emails
A bright and honest personality Good team player
Drug free/will pass a test Reliable and motivated personality
Ideally someone who is north shore based

- Serving customers face to face
- Serving customers on the phone and via email – so good comms are essential
- Stocking shelves
- Distributing inwards stock as required Operating the till & using basic computer skills
- System is Frameworks (training is part of your onboarding)
