Village Manager

You will oversee all aspects of village operations, from strategic planning and financial management to the daily experience of those who call the village home. You’ll create an environment where people feel valued, supported and heard, and your warm and proactive approach will make you the trusted go-to person for residents, families and staff.

This role is a balance of leadership, operations, and care. You will lead a team across independent living and residential care, ensuring quality service and strong community connection. Your focus on high standards, financial stewardship and continuous improvement will enhance the village’s reputation as a leading lifestyle community.

You are an experienced people leader with a background in hospitality, healthcare or village management. You have a natural ability to connect with others, fostering confidence and engagement among residents, families and staff.

You bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen and strong operational understanding. You are calm under pressure, an excellent communicator, and thrive in an environment where professionalism and empathy go hand in hand.
