We're seeking a sharp minded, quick thinking and detail drive 3PL Process Controller to join this rapidly evolving warehouse team. You'll be the go-to expert for hire pallet management, stock control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for accuracy, we’re keen to chat.

What you'll do:

Monitor and evaluate team performance, in relation to hire pallet, stock control and
continuous improvement.
Ensure all inbound/outbound hire pallets are transacted in management system promptly
Investigate and resolve any reconciliation variances
Master hire pallet movements and stock accuracy.
Lead continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, and resolve discrepancies
Become the team expert on the Warehouse Management Systems (CartonCloud and Pronto
Collaborate with teams to investigate issues and provide training

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in warehouse pallet and stock control, ideally in a 3PL setting
Strong leadership skills and ability to get buy in from a growing, busy team
Strong project management skills and a knack for problem-solving
Proficiency in WMS systems and logistics processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer confidence with MS Office Suite
Ability to handle physical demands and work well under pressure
