About the Role

As the lead finance person in this organisation you will be tasked with:

• Managing all business accounts using Xero
• Overseeing vendor bookings via a new digital booking system
• Administering online timesheets for contractors and preparing for payment
• Managing contracts, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with employment legislation
• Leading and supporting funding applications for community events and projects
• Coordinating financial reporting and compliance for external funders
• Preparing monthly management accounts and year-end reporting for the accountant

What You’ll Bring

You’ll also need:

• Proven experience in a sole-charge accounts/admin role (ideally with Xero)
