About the role
We’re working with a well respected Finance company that’s in growth mode across NZ, and they’re looking for a driven Financial Adviser to join them as an independent contractor. If you’re looking for autonomy in your next role with the backing of a trusted brand, and the opportunity to earn based on your efforts, this could be the perfect next step. We are considering candidates based in central North Island.

Ideal Skills and Experience
This role would suit a driven sales person who thrives in a client focused environment. You’ll need to be someone who is eager to come into this role and be 100% dedicated, putting in the hard yards to get the results. We ideally would like to see candidates who have:
- Commercial Lending or Banking Experience
- Strong background in Machinery, Civil or Commercial Property Sales experience
- A drive for building long term client relationships
- Eager to learn and are self-driven
- You’ll bring strong communication skills, a professional presence, a sharp mindset, and solid work ethics
Day to day
- Working with businesses and clients to understand their financial needs
- Provide tailored finance solutions
- Manage the full lending process
- Building long term client relationships for ongoing financial requirements
